Personal beliefs about writing:
Good writing takes a tremendous amount of practice. Thus, multiple drafts are normal and part of the learning process. Writing at any stage of drafting or polishing is empowering and is always worth the effort. Find a supportive writing group and an editor who understands your vision and your audience, and keep writing.
